This is best home in the YORK UNIVERSITY VILLAGE NEAR YORK UNIVERSITY SUBWAY AND FINCH WEST SUBWAY . There are all kinds of restaurants and all kinds of stores around. We have front yard back yard and side yard with security cameras. We also have smart doorbells and smart door locks for our front door back door and side door. The nice park is right beside our smart home. Most of the rooms face to the park so guests can see the views through the room windows. We also have smoke and carbon monoxide alarms extinguishers exit signs on each floor .All the room doors are fire rated with door closers. We have central air in summer and central heater in winter and we set up temperature 22 centigrade all year around. Our smart home also provide soaps shampoos and sanitizers.
